CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are 100% required at the time of booking. Deposits go towards total appointment cost. Deposits are non refundable. I am understanding of life circumstances. At the event you need to reschedule your appointment you must provide a 48 hour notice. If a notice is not provided at least 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no show. If you miss your appointment or no show you will be charged 100% of your reserved service time. Ex: Booked 4 hr color service ($60hr) Paid deposit: ($59) No show (for time booked): ($181)
